From Crain's Akron Business: Alliance-based Morgan, which makes advanced material-handling products and kinetic structures for a variety of industries, has acquired the nearly 80-year-old Girard Machine. All 32 Girard Machine workers are staying with Morgan. The combined company has more than 200 employees.
