It is not ours to understand why but to be thankful for the time we had. Angela Phyllis Moseley (nee Cimini) was born in Providence, R.I., on April 26, 1944. All of her grandparents had emigrated to the U.S. from Italy. She was the sixth of seven children and the last daughter.
