FOR SEVEL RAMONTHS, THE CITY AND WASTE MANAGEMENT HAVE BEEN TRYING TO NEGOTIATE CODE REGULATIONS LIKE MAINTENANCE OF THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY AND WORKING HOURS. WHILE THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMISSION ASKED FOR A YES OR NO VOTE, THE COMMISSION DECIDED TO TABLE BECAUSE OF CONFUSION OVER THE CODE.
