In 2005 the first brick-and-mortar opened in Hoover, Alabama, followed by locations in Trussville, Huntsville, Alabama and Franklin. The menu focuses on Louisiana-style boils featuring fresh crawfish, Gulf shrimp and oysters, and classic dishes like crawfish etouffee and shrimp and grits.
