MORRISTOWN A Morristown police officer helped the daughter of a mayoral candidate enter Town Hall after hours to drop off primary election paperwork, according to police records. 
On April 5, Lt. Michael Molnar allowed Hope Field, the daughter of Democratic mayoral candidate Esperanza Porras-Field, to enter Town Hall after business hours and drop off a copy of her mother’s primary election petition form. The incident report, written by Molnar, said he escorted Field into the secured lobby outside the clerk’s office around 8:10 p.m. and Field placed the paperwork in the clerk’s window.  ....
