Destini Decoff, 26, died in the hospital on April 4 less than 72 hours after she was hit by Ryan Sweatt's Honda Civic on Route 85 north of Milford, Massachusetts and their families brawled in court.
Ryan Sweatt, 36, appeared in front of a Framingham District Court for allegedly murdering 26-year-old Destini Decoff in Hopkinton, Mass. on April 4.
A man who allegedly struck and killed a Milford woman in a road range incident earlier this month has had his charges upgraded to murder.
Ryan Sweatt now faces the “additional charge of murder in connection with striking and killing of Destini Decoff,” officials said.
Ryan Sweatt was ordered held without bail in the death of Destini Decoff.
