Olney couple arrested on charges of animal cruelty

An Olney couple was arrested Friday by Olney Police Department on four counts of animal cruelty after a search warrant resulted in officers finding 26 dogs in emaciated and neglected conditions. Jerry Wayne York, 55, and Tracy Lynn York, 45, both of Olney, were booked Friday, March 24 into the Young County Jail on four separate charges of cruelty to non-livestock animals. Additionally, Tracy was charged with tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair. ....
