Unfortunately, yesterday Jack, as he is known at the station to his close colleagues, passed away in a tragic incident. Nobody else was involved within the incident overall. It was an accident at this present moment in time. We are working with West Mercia Police to ensure that we can help them with the response to this incident. I would encourage anybody who did see the incident please come forward and contact West Mercia Police.
