DELTONA — A settlement agreement between Deltona and resident Brandy White is going back to the drawing board. The City Commission unanimously voted to have White, Acting City Manager John Peters III and Skip Fowler, city attorney, try again to get on the same page. The agreement is in connection to a felony complaint that occurred nearly three years ago.
