FAIRFIELD — A $271,000 grant will fund a specialized prosecution team in the Solano County District Attorney’s Office to handle alcohol- and drug-impaired driving cases. The grant, administered through the state Office of Traffic Safety, comes from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
