Paoli teen charged in fatal accident
Times-Mail ORANGE COUNTY — Indiana State Police from the Jasper Post on Wednesday arrested Keeghan Chandler Preston Jones, 18, Paoli, on a warrant in connection with a fatal accident that happened near Orleans on Feb. 14. According to a release from the ISP, Jones was booked into the Orange County Jail and has been charged with two counts of causing death while operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance in his body, a level 4 felony, as well as two counts of reckless homicide, a level 5 felony.
