Paul of kentucky. great to see you and great to have you here today. it s hard to look at the numbers. $172 billion they want to spend. how far left do you think some of these members like aoc, how far do you think they can public biden? they think that money grows on trees. that s part of the green plan. we re all for trees so you re going to the money tree to find this. from the infrastructure bill is about $500 billion. so it s $174 billion for weatherizing houses, which never gets to energy efficiency to meet the cost. there s $100 billion for electric cars. $10 billion for some kind of army of climate change, some kind of climate core youth, which i think has connotations in our history of our world and european history, the government-informed youths marching for things that the golf tells them to do. ....
Abstract Existing unsupervised visual odometry (VO) methods either match pairwise images or integrate the temporal information using recurrent neural networks over a long sequence of images. They are either not accurate, time-consuming in training or error accumulative. In this paper, we propose a method consisting of two camera pose estimators that deal with the information from pairwise images and a short sequence of images, respectively. For image sequences, a transformer-like structure is adopted to build a geometry model over a local temporal window, referred to as transformer-based auxiliary pose estimator (TAPE). Meanwhile, a flow-to-flow pose estimator (F2FPE) is proposed to exploit the relationship between pairwise images. The two estimators are constrained through a simple yet effective consistency loss in training. Empirical evaluation has shown that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art unsupervised learning-based methods by a large margin and perfor ....
Lending. those things all colluded to make sure that black folks couldn t get into neighborhoods where there are more opportunities. so you re in insular nands, ghettos. you live in this town, you get one educational experience, you live in a that suburb, you get a vastly different one. you live in this community, you re more likely to live by an environmental hazard. we have u.s. steel in this community. you re more likely to live in a medical desert, in a food desert. we have in the 1544 zip code where we are, we have no grocery stores. we had a hospital that was notoriously shut down. you re trapping your communities. which means that you have not bought your kid a one-way ticket right back into that cycle. that s typical racism. where do you even start to dismantle that? you just broke it all the way ....
