Florence and Frank Smith of North Little Rock will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 16 with a dinner party at Trapnall Hall. The couple were married Dec. 22, 1973. She is a retired high school guidance counselor. He retired as curriculum coordinator for the Pulaski County Special School District. They are the parents of Dr. Michelle R. Smith of New Orleans.
