COPEMISH — A 28 year-old Interlochen man has been charged with multiple felonies in the delivery of drugs that involved a fatal overdose, police said.
The man was first sought by police for an assault charge. During their traffic stop, the suspect was found with a bonanza of drugs and cash. He would later cut his tether and flee police.
