Chugwater, Wyoming, Could Get Smaller With Landowners Trying To De-Annex Themselves
The tiny town of Chugwater might soon get a lot smaller with three landowners filing a petition to de-annex from the city and take 172 acres with them. They say they don't use any city services, so they want out.
