It accounts for a large percent of the citys growing homicide rate, due to Gang Violence and a bustling narcotics trade. Although in the last 48 hours, there have been 3 distinctive murders in the ward. Distinctive . 3 men, 3 different socioeconomic groups, all killed on the street with theirecks snapped. There appears to be no other injury, or motive. Ahem. The wards detectives are inundated with homicides. Gang violence is a big problem...
