The flooding. And, counties are responding to help those people. So what are they doing . As you can see behind me flooding still remains a big threat for many people in some of those homes along here. The county urged many of the homeowners to pack up and leave, but so many of them did not heed that advice. They decide to stay and hunker down. It was earlier this afternoon.
