British Artists Ackroyd & Harvey Plant 100 Oak Trees Outside Tate Modern
In advance of the Tate Modern galleries' reopening (planned for May 17) in London, Beuysâ Acorns is a fresh installation representing ideas of regeneration, and is free for visitors to see outside the museum. The installation of 100 oak saplings opened May 4 on the terrace outside Tate Modern. Entitled Beuysâ Acorns, the project was started in 2007 by British artists Ackroyd & Harvey.
