In Truro Magistrates court this month: A 53-YEAR-OLD man from Swanpool has been banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 by Truro magistrates after admitting driving whilst nearly four times of the drink-drive limit. Jonathan Bishop of Swans Reach, Swanpool, Falmouth pleaded guilty to driving a Volkswagen Transporter in Mongleath Road whilst over the limit on January 4 this year.
