At approximately 3 10 this afternoon they received the call for the suicidal man on balch street behind the cummings center. Moments later arrived to the dramatic scene unfolding in the quiet street. The suv ramming another car and it didn t stop there. I saw a green gmc envoy and ramming into the cruiser and it just happened so fast. The man shot and killed by that officer and shes her mother was the one in the other car getting hit. I do know that my mom did call 911. And, yeah, was trying to protect her and just get help.
