PM Modi will witness 'Bharat Shakti', a defense demonstration showcasing indigenous capabilities, in Rajasthan's Pokhran on March 12. This includes a tri-services live fire and maneuvers. He will also visit Gujarat to launch projects worth over Rs 85,000 crore and flag off new Vande Bharat trains. Inaugurations include Gati Shakti multi-modal cargo terminals, rail coach restaurants, and 50 'Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendras'. Modi will also inaugurate the redeveloped Kochrab Ashram, showcasing Gandhian values.

The exercise will be hosted by Egypt. It will start on 27th August 2023 and will end on 16th September 2023. It will be held at Cairo Air Force Base.

A tri-service war game that involved helicopter-borne training and validation exercise at 9,000 feet was conducted by the Srinagar-based Chinar Corps on Tuesday.

The exercise showcased the capability of the Chinar Corps and the Indian Army to carryout successful operations in high altitude areas incorporating all facets of contemporary and modern battle field in synergy with Indian Air Force and Indian Navy.
