PART of a huge office block in Halesowen town centre looks set to be converted into 77 apartments. Trinity Point on New Road, near the Earls island, will be converted after demand for office space dropped during the coronavirus pandemic. Five levels of the East Wing offices will be converted to 77 apartments under plans submitted to Dudley Council. There will be 69 one-bed and eight two-bed apartments and 59 parking spaces. Walmart and Sam’s Club will begin offering covid-19 vaccines at select pharmacies beginning next week. Four local Sam’s Club stores — located in Hempfield, Monroeville, Trinity Point and West Mifflin — are among participating locations.
