STOUGHTON A Boston man who exited his car after hitting the median barrier and another vehicle on Route 24 was struck and killed shortly before the turn of the year. The Stoughton Fire Department and Massachusetts State Police responded to a reported multi-vehicle crash on the southbound side of Route 24, at Exit 20B, which leads to Route 139, about 11:34 p.m. Thursday. The crash occurred on New Year s Eve just a half-hour before the turn of 2021. On scene, firefighters were directed to one injured person who was near the median barrier. Stoughton fire officials said they had one nonviable patient who died at the scene. ....
