Ekiti Forum Drags Governor Oyebanji, Others To Court, Seeks Order To Compel Release Of Agro-Cargo Airport Project Documents
The Ekiti Patriotic Consultative Forum has dragged the state governor, Abiodun Oyebanji, Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, and the Accountant General of the State before the State High Court for refusing to release the Certified True Copy of the Contract Document executed between state and China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation Limited (CCECCL). The contract is on the Ekiti State Agro-Cargo Airport Project and the group had requested for the document under the Freedom of Information Act.
