Where a plaintiff has brought an action to invalidate a recreational trail easement that was granted as a condition of a special permit issued in 1980, the complaint must be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction because no challenge to the special permit was filed within 20 days as required by G.L.c. 40A, §17.
