Dorchester man whose dogs police say attacked them was wanted on 12 warrants at the time of his arrest
Tumerrick Brown, 22, of Dorchester, was arrested by the BPD’s Youth Violence Strike Force at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. After officers placed him under arrest, police say, two dogs inside the house attacked the arresting officer and bit him several times.
