The outage at Twitter started earlier today and affected the social network's APIs. However, the downtime was fairly brief and the social network seems to be back up and running again.
Both internal and external Twitter links appear to be down due to error code 467.
Twitter is currently suffering a major outage: photos and links are offline for all users, while the site is completely down for others.
