Four ski areas open this weekend; Vail's earliest date in 25 years
Vail, Breckenridge, Loveland and Wolf Creek will open this weekend, bringing to eight the number of Colorado ski areas welcoming skiers and snowboarders. For Vail, it will mark the earliest opening since 1998.
