Minor cited LOCK HAVEN — An 11-year-old girl was cited for disorderly conduct after she was found burning a pile of leaves with a propane torch in one of the dugouts at Hammermill Park on Jan. 15, Lock Haven City police said. Drug possession HOWARD — A 26-year-old Howard man was cited for drug possession following a traffic stop along North Eagle Valley Road near Bald Eagle State Park, Howard Township, on Jan. 21, state police at Rockview said. The man was found to be under the influence of marijuana, in possession of a small amount of the drug and related paraphernalia, police said.
