Formerly homeless man gets people housed and off the streets in Chula Vista
From homeless to housed, healthy and reintegrated back into society. That’s the goal of a rehabilitation program in Chula Vista. It’s finding success getting homeless people permanently off the streets and it’s led by a man who has been there.
