As Bud Dupree addressed the annual Best of Preps Banquet audience at the Chattanooga Convention Center on Tuesday night, the Atlanta Falcons defensive end drew a big laugh from the over 800 people in attendance to celebrate the area's top high school student athletes from the 2022-23 school year.
