Kona Poke is opening next week in Melbourne, Florida, at 1675 W. New Haven Ave., thanks to a partnership among Founders Matthew Ting and Ernie Falco III and operating partner Tyler Pracon. "We're excited to finally open Melbourne, the first Kona Poké in Brevard County," Falco said in a company press release.
