On this road, it has been a week since the rubbish was collected. We saw a rat over there yesterday. Absolutely disgraceful. Forfour weeks, its been here. Absolutely terrible. So we pay all that money in council taxes, and they wont come and get it. Give the binmen what they want. It is disgusting. We come out of our house and it smells of rotten food. It is horrible. Dirty nappies. Obviously, there is no other way to dispose of them. Try and get as much poo off them as possible, but theres always some left. When you open the bin, all you get is a whiff.
