Nebula Energy is an investment firm backed by Peter Gibson, Darren DeVore, and Sam Abdalla. AG&P LNG is a subsidiary of AG&P Group, owned by Osaka Gas, JBIC, and Asiya. The acquisition will allow Nebula Energy to expand its network and meet AG&P LNG's capital needs.
