NC Appeal Court Rules in Favor of Judgment Creditors
In Radiance Capital Receivables Twenty One v. Lancsek North Carolina Court of Appeals said creditor may simultaneously avail itself of remedies available by execution and supplemental proceedings. Ruling will benefit creditors going after funds in third-party bank accounts.
