Ulises Pantoja was under the influence of alcohol when he crashed into Candice McDowell's SUV last November, killing the mother of four.
On Monday, a Sarpy County judge sentenced Ulises Pantoja to 16 to 20 years in prison for Motor Vehicle Homicide while driving under the influence.
Ulises Pantoja, 24, pleaded guilty to motor vehicle homicide while driving under the influence, according to the Sarpy County Attorney's Office. He will be sentenced at a later date.
Sarpy County Prosecutors say 24 year old Ulises Pantoja was drunk and speeding when he hit Candice McDowell vehicle last November.
