India News: The Supreme Court will hear Umar Khalid's bail plea on January 31. Khalid, a former JNU student, has filed the plea in a UAPA case related to the alleged conspiracy behind the North-East Delhi riots in February 2020. The hearing has been adjourned to January 31.
This is the eleventh time that the hearing has been adjourned. Justices Bela M Trivedi and Pankaj Mithal listed the matter next on January 31 as the bench was slated to change after lunch to hear part-heard matters.
