Northern Colorado swimmer Kyra Rabess finishes 10th in 1,500 meters at Pan American Games
Rabess, a 19-year-old from George Town in the Cayman Islands, turned in her best result result in three events Wednesday in the 1,500. She is a distance specialist, but also competed in the 100 and 400 freestyle races.
