Seeto who is the 4FJ Fish Smart Campaign Champion says it is heartbreaking to see our local markets inundated with undersized fish - fish that could be given more time to grow and breed as well. “It’s really sad to see when we go to the local market or the wharf and we see these tiny, tiny fish being sold." He said in a statement issued by the 4FJ Fish Smart Campaign.
