(Nebraska City) -- Nebraska City residents are advised of big changes regarding train traffic in the community. Nebraska City Mayor Bryan Bequette announced at Monday night's regular council meeting that Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad is resuming operations in the community beginning January 1st.
