Currently (Thursday, February 18, 2021), the county is in the overall YELLOW ADVISORY category with a Weekly 2-Metric Score of 1.5, Weekly Cases Per 100,000 Residents at 141 (ORANGE), and the 7-Day All Tests Positivity Rate of 8.06% (YELLOW). Thursday, December 10, 2020 By IVY JACOBS, Times Reporter The Indiana State Department of Health data shows a rise in the positivity rate for the District 7 area. Clay County, which had weekly scores that put it in the RED category the last two weeks of November, is part of Indiana’s District 7, along with Greene, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion, and Vigo counties.
