The Indiana State Department of Health data shows a rise in the positivity rate for the District 7 area.
Clay County, which had weekly scores that put it in the RED category the last two weeks of November, is part of Indiana’s District 7, along with Greene, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion, and Vigo counties. Clay was the only county with a RED status at that time.
The ISDH’s color-coded county weekly scoring map provides data for officials and residents throughout the state to make the best decisions possible to protect their communities and limit the spread of COVID-19. The color codes are determined by the 7-day moving average of the all tests positivity rate, calculated by taking the total number of positive tests and dividing by the total tests administered: ....
