UGANDAN presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, was arrested again later on Wednesday amid accusations that he breached coronavirus restrictions. National Unity Platform party spokesman Joel Senyonyi said: “Police have arrested him together with his whole campaign team.
