Leo Grassens: Loveland needs more emphasis on sustainability, climate change
I would like the city of Loveland to become more active when it comes to sustainability and climate change. Loveland does a lot of things well: We have one of the best recycling programs in the nation, the city operates electric vehicles where it makes sense, we participate in the PRPA for improvements to electric power including the soon to be implemented “smart electric metering,” any many other eco friendly programs.
