Doctor anderson serves as the dean of the school of education and has held leadership roles during his nearly 50 year tenure at urbanachampaign including serving as the head of the department of education policy organization and leadership. Doctor anderson was selected in 2016 as the unified president ial fellow and is known internationally as the groundbreaking scholar in the history of education and School Achievement in the u. S.
