Bucks County residents could see varying degrees of heavy snowfall when a Nor'easter hits the area Wednesday afternoon. Jonathan O'Brien, meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, said Tuesday that Upper Bucks could see totals between 18 and 24 inches, while Lower Bucks could see between 8 and 12 inches.
