Matthew Reiss, 49, of the Palm section of Upper Hanover, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court on Friday to 11½ to 23 months in the county jail on charges he possessed more than 1,000 images and video files depicting children under the age of 18 being sexually assaulted or posing nude.
