Those would now count as grandfather plans under the affordable care act. you're essentially gutting the consumer protections of the bill. you have legislation out of senator landrieu's office -- unlike president obama and upton, that would actually solve the problem of people losing their plans. the downside from that, aside from being a pretty grifs mandate, you're now keeping millions of people, a lot of whom are healthier and in better shape from going into the affordable care act's marketplaces and, by nature, that means you have higher premiums. and i think what you see there -- this is ...
