274-unit development coming to Sudbury
A 274-unit housing development is being built on Route 117 in Sudbury at the Concord town line by Atlanta-based builder Pulte Group. Pulte is building a sort of two-in-one community on the site: Emery at Coldbrook Crossing, a 55-plus development, and Pines at Coldbrook Crossing, without the age restrictions. They're being built at 16 and 36 North Road, on a stretch of Route 117 between the Northwood Condominiums and the Sudbury Montessori School on one side and Colonial Gardens Florist and Greenhouses on the other.
