Everywhere, where were narrowing streets, we take a couple of lanes, but maybe we dont need two lanes in that particular street and narrowing them. Reporter with the goal of slowing drivers down. Speed is the number one contributor to deaths, to the fatalities. Reporter police say theyre also working to make san jose streets safer. We do traffic enforcement.
